Gluten Free Crock Pot Cabbage, Sausage & Potatoes:
- 3 large carrots
- 4 small potatoes
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 1 package sausage or kielbasa (about 13 oz.)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Peel carrots & potatoes.
- Chop carrots, potatoes & cabbage. Slice sausage.
- Add everything (carrots, potatoes, cabbage, sausage, chicken broth, salt, pepper) to crock pot.
- Cook on high for 4 hours OR on low for 6-8 hours.
This recipe is a go-to for me on busy weeks. I like to prep everything the night before and then just dump it all in the crock pot the next morning. Couldn’t be easier!
