Crock Pot Cabbage, Sausage & Potatoes

Gluten Free Crock Pot Cabbage, Sausage & Potatoes:


  • 3 large carrots
  • 4 small potatoes
  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 1 package sausage or kielbasa (about 13 oz.)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper


  1. Peel carrots & potatoes.
  2. Chop carrots, potatoes & cabbage. Slice sausage.
  3. Add everything (carrots, potatoes, cabbage, sausage, chicken broth, salt, pepper) to crock pot.
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours OR on low for 6-8 hours.

This recipe is a go-to for me on busy weeks. I like to prep everything the night before and then just dump it all in the crock pot the next morning. Couldn’t be easier!
